About GenHarden
We find what attackers find — before they do.
GenHarden is an AI security research and consulting company. We specialize in the vulnerabilities that emerge at the intersection of artificial intelligence and software development: AI coding assistants, autonomous agents, and applications built with AI-generated code.
The Problem
AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built. Developers ship faster. Codebases grow larger. AI agents take on tasks that once required careful human judgment.
But the security model hasn't kept pace.
AI coding assistants trust what they read. Autonomous agents act on instructions they receive. Applications built with AI-generated code inherit assumptions the model made — assumptions that may be wrong, incomplete, or deliberately manipulated.
The result is a new class of vulnerabilities that traditional security tools weren't designed to find — and that most development teams don't yet know to look for.
What We Do
AI Agent Security Audits
We assess agentic applications end-to-end: how agents receive instructions, what tools they're permitted to use, what data they can access, and what happens when they encounter adversarial input. We identify over-permissioned agents, unsafe memory and context handling, and architectural risks before they reach production.
Vibe Code Security Review
AI-generated code ships at speed. We review it for the vulnerabilities that language models consistently introduce or miss — authentication gaps, insecure defaults, improper input validation, and logic flaws that only manifest under adversarial conditions.
Prompt Injection & Supply Chain Risk Assessment
We evaluate how your AI systems respond to malicious inputs embedded in documents, data, APIs, and third-party dependencies — and whether your tooling, configuration, and development workflow create exposure you're not aware of.
Security Research & Education
We publish original, hands-on security research at genharden.com. Our work is practical and reproducible: real attack scenarios, real defenses, and open PoC code for the security community.
Our Approach
We don't produce theoretical threat models. We build controlled attack scenarios, test them in real environments, and document exactly what works, what doesn't, and why.
Every engagement produces findings you can act on — not a compliance checklist.
